Neva Gardner- President and

Neva Gardner: A native Idahoan, an alumni of the University of Phoenix and participant in the 2000 mile Appalachian Trail Hike-- is the CEO of Purgatory Fence Company. Neva is a very goal and community orientated individual. She enjoys a good challenge, problem solving, and giving credit where credit is due.  She also has a philosophy that if the job is not done right then it hasn't been done at all.  Being a very community minded person, Neva has been a part of several non profit boards in the community in which she lives and works.  She also helps mentor young children in the community by being a Daisy Girl Scout Leader, Quarter Master for her local VFW Post, and enjoys working on local community projects. In 2005, Neva along with two other local ladies, were instrumental in bringing a 30 year gateway sign project into reality. This group worked alongside a local state senator, local highway authority and land owners; plus raised all of the finding needed to purchase and install the sign. This small group managed all angles of this project to make the majestic gateway sign a reality. This 30 year project in the making, now welcomes every visitor to her small town, and Purgatory Fence Company is proud to call home.

Gary Plumlee, Vice President

Gary Plumlee, a native of Oklahoma, is the Vice President and Lead Estimator of Purgatory Fence Company. You might see Gary in the office playing his magic with numbers, or in the field supervising a crew with his traveling buddy and four legged friend, Scooter. Gary stems from a long line of American Heritage and continues with that to this day. Gary believes that a person is what their hand shake makes them. If you are not true to that, then what can you be true to? He also believes in giving back and does this in the small community in which he lives and works. He is an active member of the local VFW Post and has been instrumental in organizing a local charity drive and raffle.  The proceeds from these events have been dedicated to help local veterans and their families in time of need.
